Empire #5: Party Crashers

It's been a while since I posted. This issue definitely took some work to complete. I'll be making use of close-ups next time to save some headache. Even so, it probably shouldn't have taken me this long to update. I mean all I had to do was get married...and get lost in Persona 4. Anyway, time for some serious credits:

Empire #4: Unheard Forces

#4 is here! The plot thickens for those of you who are observant, and a little comedy for everybody. I'm going to try my best to get another comic or two up over the next few days. I get married next Saturday so that may not happen, but I will try between running around.

Empire #3: Gamma

And so a new player enters the game...quietly. I played around with the panel sizes and a new sprite resizing technique courtesy of Blue Scout Sonic over on Power Rings' forum. Also, for this comic, allow me to introduce Asunta the Cat, courtesy of Hyper-sonicX.

Empire #2: Royal Couple

Here we are, strip #2 off the press. I'm much happier with how this one turned out to the first. It does a lot better setting the mood and building the world. Also, don't worry they won't all be this wordy. There will be some action in the future, but first I have to set the stage. I think once I complete this "ceremony/introduction arc" I'll post a title page for the series. Anyway, hope you enjoyed!

Empire #1: Redux

The first strip of my new Sonic sprite comic, (as well as my first comic series,) Empire. This first strip is entitled, "Redux," as it is a sort of return to the beginning for Sonic, only in a very different world. Think Sonic a la Code Geass or Game of Thrones. Thanks goes to Shadic/Lance for letting me borrow one of his sprites. You can check out his series over on the Power Rings forum: Adventures in Onett.
